I am thankful for “chosen” family. Rob and I decided to go to our “chosen” sisters church for Christmas Eve service, she is one of the ministers there and we decided to show up with out her knowing and surprise her. It was all orchestrated by us and her parents and one of her other “chosen” family members. Just after the service began the kids were all called to the front of the church, she hadn’t yet seen us so I walked the three kids to be at the front. As we reached the front she finally noticed us and was almost brought to tears. I was so happy to see how surprised she was. I am thankful for my chosen family. I love you chosen sister and chosen parents. Thank you for being in our lives.<\/p>\n
